Hurricane Panels
Hurricane Shutters of Key West will install the panel's hardware, cut the panels for a perfect fit, number the panels for the window/door it will cover. Next we will demonstrate to you how the panels are put in place and then correctly stored until needed.There are 2 types of panels to choose from:
- Lexan Panels. Lexan is a registered trademark for General Electric Company's brand of highly-durable polycarbonate resin thermoplastic similar to acrylic in appearance, but is far more durable, often to the point of being described as "bulletproof".

- Will not shatter, rust, or corrode.
- Ultra light-weight and highly dent-resistant, easy storage, no sharp edges.
- Completely transparent, allows light inside and vision outside.
- Standard widths allow for compatibility with metal panels.
- Aluminum Panels.
